Carolyn has experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation across a wide range of disputes. She has litigated in all divisions of the High Court and has dealt with a number of multi-jurisdictional actions.
Carolyn has advised major financial institutions, corporates, government bodies and high net worth individuals in relation to a broad range of high value commercial disputes. She also has considerable experience in the IT sector. Carolyn seeks to achieve the best result possible for the client by combining commercial understanding with techniques aimed at achieving an early resolution of the dispute and, where necessary, applying in-depth understanding of litigation process and strategy.
