Armin joined Bird & Bird's Düsseldorf office in 2007. He advises German and international clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, in particular in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, stock corporation law and restructuring.
Armin was admitted to the Düsseldorf bar in 2004. He studied law at the Universities of Würzburg and Geneva. Armin spent his training as junior associate at the Higher Regional Court Bamberg and at a major international law firm in Frankfurt/Main and Paris. In 2003, he obtained his degree as doctor of law (Dr. jur.) from the University of Würzburg. In 2004, Armin was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) by the University of Chicago Law School.
From 2000 to 2003, Armin worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Würzburg.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, Armin worked for the law firm Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf.
