Armand is an IP partner in The Hague and he is joint managing partner of the Dutch office of Bird & Bird. Armand has substantial experience in contentious intellectual property work including international patent and trade mark (counterfeit) cases. Armand also has accumulated wide-ranging expertise in matters involving legal aspects of registration of pharmaceuticals and clinical trials as well as advertising in regulated markets (telecom, pharmaceuticals). Further, he has a considerable experience in IP transactional work (licensing and transfer). Armand is a member of AIPPI, INTA, LES, BMM.
