Antonio holds a Law Degree (J.D.) from the State University of Milan and an LL.M. Degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow, School of Law.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird's Milan office, Antonio worked at Negri Clementi - Toffoletto e Montironi (NCTM) and Andersen Legal in Milan.
Antonio's expertise comprises corporate law, real estate law, M&A transactions and dispute resolution (including arbitration and ADR proceedings). He advises a number of Italian and international companies operating in the manufacturing sector. Antonio also provides advice (litigation and arbitration) on corporate and commercial disputes.
Antonio is fluent in Italian and English.
