Anne-Laure joined Bird & Bird in April 2002, and is based in Bird & Bird’s Paris office. She has previously worked within Stibbe (former name of Latham & Watkins Paris office) and Jeantet & Associés. Anne-Laure’s main areas of expertise are private equity investments, M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructuring in the context of international as well as domestic transactions. In addition, Anne-Laure has also developed a strong practice focused on finance and securities, specifically in relation to buy-out and property financing.
