Alistair advises on all aspects of corporate finance, with an emphasis on AIM stocks. He has acted for companies on their admission to AIM, and for Nominated Advisers and Brokers. He also advises on takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and the creation of corporate structures (including joint venturing and other forms collaboration) and corporate governance issues.
Alistair has advised both boards of directors and shareholders in relation to a number of high profile proxy battles, and regularly advises directors on their legal duties and liabilities.
