We have a strong focus on Corporate law.  We advise clients at all stages of their development from their "start-up" (drafting of company agreements, registrations) to the restructuring of international companies and organisations. When disputes arise, we represent our clients in arbitration and other court proceedings. Nevertheless, one of our core strengths is conflict avoidance; we draft contracts with foresight while maintaining close contact with clients to ensure that, where possible we avoid conflicts and when they arise that they are resolved creatively and effectively.

We also provide advice on corporate reorganisation and restructuring.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Our M&A Practice in Germany is comprised of a hand picked group laywers who are experienced in handling multiple transactions for both large long established companies and small to medium-size enterprises. The majority of the transactions handled by our lawyers have an international dimension, either by assisting non-German clients with investments in Germany or through targeting foreign investments for German clients. Working closely with colleagues in the firm’s other offices in Europe and Asia, we are experienced in supporting multi-national and global transactions.

We provide advice throughout the life cycle of a transaction and beyond: our advisory services range from advice on the "if" of a transaction (definition and preparation of the target and selection and search for potential buyers or sellers) to the "how" (handling of tender proceedings, execution of due diligence, drafting of agreements, agreement negotiations and closing) and include after-closing support (integration, reorganisation and long-term advising). In addition to assistance with rendering in the purchase of a company, we also assist in private equity and venture capital transactions and IPOs.
