- Real Estate Investment – we are experienced in advising in all aspects of real estate investment including structuring, financing, acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations and other landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management.
- Construction – we advise developers and funders in relation to real estate development projects and clients from both the public and private sectors in PPP construction projects. We are experienced in the drafting and negotiation of all major standard form construction contracts and associated documentation such as consultants appointments, collateral warranties, step in agreements as well as drafting and negotiating bespoke project specific construction documentation.
- Real Estate Finance – our dedicated team advises borrowers and lenders on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions.

- Environmental – we are experienced in advising on environmental liability issues relating to property acquisition, development and M&A transactions and in particular the allocation of responsibility for historic contamination and associated remediation plans. We offer regulatory advice in relation to operating permits, water, waste, chemicals, carbon markets and EU directives. We also provide advice on planning and zoning land issues.
