French Offices' Brochure

Our French offices are located in Paris and Lyon, and comprise groups of lawyers who are all specialists in their chosen areas of law.  Teams of individual lawyers work together based on the specific needs of each project or matter. This enables the firm to offer a high quality service to our clients. When the project or matter requires it, we put together dedicated specialist teams of additional partners or teams of partners and senior associates.

With our thorough knowledge of the operations of companies, and, in particular, the demands, difficulties and challenges of all types with which they are confronted on a daily basis, we are well-positioned to accompany our clients whether it is a question of defining strategies or implementing transactions, from traditional work to more sophisticated and innovative solutions, at the national, European and worldwide level.

With our experience and knowledge of company operations and in particular, the day-to-day demands and challenges, we are well positioned to advise our clients in all areas of business law at a national, European and world wide level whether defining strategies, implementing transactions, finding innovative solutions to complex issues or more traditional work.

Opened in January 2000 by Frédérique Dupuis-Toubol with a team of 10 lawyers, the Paris office now comprises over 60 lawyers.
