Our Employee Incentives and Benefits Group advises on all forms of compensation delivered to employees, executives or consultants and whether in the form of cash, stock based compensation or other forms of remuneration, incentive or benefit. We also advise on transaction related issues and have extensive experience dealing with tax and social security planning for mobile employees and their employers.

 

The Group operates on a multi-disciplinary basis encompassing all relevant legal disciplines from tax (individual and corporate) and social security, securities laws, employment, corporate governance and data protection. Our approach ensures the delivery of expert national or cross-border compensation and benefits advice.

 

We work closely with the firm’s International Employment Group  to offer clients a complete range of legal services to meet their International HR needs.

We provide cost effective risk analyses to clients looking to establish particular compensation and benefits arrangements internationally.

 

International Expansion

 

Clients considering establishing a presence in countries for the first time benefit from our ability to deliver analyses of the tax and social security regimes relevant to establishing a local workforce (however small).

 

Design and Implementation

 

The depth of knowledge and experience within the Group enables us to offer clients a complete service from design of appropriate incentive plans to full implementation. 

 

Post Implementation

 

We provide ongoing advice to clients to enable them to ensure they remain compliant whether it relates to filing, reporting and tax-withholding requirements or to providing a watching brief for changes to national or transnational regulation.

 

International Assignments

 

Managing an expatriate workforce involves complex issues. Working in partner led teams with the International Employment Practice we offer a total solution combining our tax and social security expertise with employment law and immigration services.
