Andrew is a partner in Bird & Bird’s Banking & Finance Group.

Andrew handles a broad range of domestic and international finance related work, particularly in the areas of acquisition and project finance, aviation finance, emerging markets, consumer credit, private banking and structured finance products.

Andrew's project finance/acquisition finance practice has a strong Central and Eastern European element and Andrew has, since joining the firm in 1997, regularly advised international development banks and commercial banks operating in the region on their senior and mezzanine debt and equity investments.
