Partners in the Beijing office are not qualified as lawyers in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC” or “China”). Non-PRC lawyers, including all lawyers employed by Hong Kong law firms or international law firms with a presence in the PRC, are not permitted to advise formally on PRC law in China.
