Kristóf Hevér

I am an Associate in the Real Estate practice groups of the Budapest office of Bird & Bird.

I have solid legal and commercial background with more than 5 years of international business and real estate experience. I gained experience at a major Central and Eastern European real estate development company and reputable Hungarian law firms.

I regularly advise my clients on their high-scale real estate developments, I provide legal support in the course of establishment and negotiation of highly complex contractual agreements, including high value leases, construction and development agreements.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I was an in-house legal counsel at a leading CEE real estate development company and at a real estate investment fund where I was responsible for all legal matters affecting the day-to day operation of the entire company group.

I am fluent in English, in addition to my native Hungarian.
