I am a lawyer at Bird & Bird's Corporate and M&A department in the Madrid office, specialising in Company Secretarial Services.

I started my professional career in 2016, after completing my studies and the associated internships. After working in law firms of various sizes and specialising in commercial law, I joined Bird & Bird's Corporate and M&A department in 2023.

I advise both Spanish and international organisations on the management of corporate secretaries so that the various companies can comply with their legal obligations. Additionally, I provide guidance on day-to-day operations and potential issues that may arise. My main objective is to tailor my approach to meet specific needs and provide optimal solutions and alternatives that offer the greatest value.
