Thomasin is a Trade Mark Attorney in the Intellectual Property Department, based in our London office.
Thomasin works on national and international trade mark and design matters, providing commercially-focused advice to a broad range of clients, from multinational corporations to SMEs, in various sectors including fashion, media, financial services and cosmetics.
She has a wide range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including clearance searching and prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO, as well as coordinating such actions elsewhere in the world.
Thomasin is fluent in French and Spanish and has a good working knowledge of Italian. She has an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge, a Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice (Dist) from Queen Mary University and a Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice (Dist) from Nottingham Trent University.
Thomasin is a member of ITMA (The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys).
