Lijun's practice covers all areas of IP and with particular in depth experience in disputes.
Lijun is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Group in our Singapore office.
She places a particular focus on IP litigation and has represented clients in proceedings in Courts of all levels in Singapore on diverse IP issues including copyright, patent and trade mark infringement, passing off and malicious falsehoods. A significant number of her litigation matters have been reported and some of these cases have contributed to the IP jurisprudence in Singapore.
While continuing to grow her practice in contentious IP work, Lijun also works on a wide range of non-contentious matters including advising clients on various aspects of general IP protection, brand management, and IP commercialisation across a wide spectrum of industries.
Prior to joining us in 2014, she spent five years at a top local law firm, where she gained exposure to a broad range of IP matters.
Lijun graduated from King's College, University of London with an LL.B. (Hons) degree and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2010.
