I'm a highly experienced senior trademark attorney with our Brand Management Group in London, advising on an array of 'soft IP' matters focusing on trade marks, both contentious and non-contentious.

My work includes global branding projects including clearance and protection. I act for clients in relation to trade mark prosecution as well as oppositions and cancellation proceedings before the UK and European registers and the European Union General Court, representing clients at first instance and appeal. I also have experience in litigation cases before the High Court of England & Wales and the Spanish courts, as well as resolving infringement issues outside the Courts.

I have worked on behalf of our clients in multiple sectors, including sport, OTT broadcasting, betting and gaming, luxury brands, hospitality and entertainment, providing guidance on 'soft IP' including domain names, design protection, company name disputes and copyright.

With a multi-lingual background, I am fluent in English, Spanish and Italian with knowledge of French and Portuguese. I have also written for industry publications including the World Trademark Review and the ITMA Review.
