Pernille advises both Danish and international clients on a wide range of IT law and data protection issues and cross-border compliance matters
Pernille is an associate in our Danish office with experience of advising clients on a wide range of regulatory and commercial data protection and IT related issues. In particular, she has advised clients on various local and cross-border data protection compliance matters, including outsourcing transactions and international data transfer projects under Safe Harbor, EU model clauses, BCRs and cloud computing.
Her experience includes drafting and advising on privacy policies, data processing agreements, privacy impact assessments and acceptable use policies. She has provided detailed advice on a variety of subjects, including security breaches, data subject rights, employee monitoring and whistleblowing schemes.
Pernille also provides legal services in the areas of intellectual property rights, e-commerce and marketing law and other commercial and corporate legal areas both on a domestic and international level to clients active within the public sector and the automotive sector.
She also contributes to articles on data protection and IT related issues and is a speaker at seminars and conferences on data protection law and cloud computing.
Pernille speaks Danish and English and understands German and the Scandinavian languages.
