Overview

Penny specialises in employment litigation and has many years experience of handling contentious employment matters including breach of contract, unfair dismissal, discrimination, enforcing restrictive covenants and protecting confidential information.

Penny regularly conducts High Court and Employment Tribunal proceedings for both employers and employees and also advises on and assists with internal disciplinary proceedings.  Recently she has advised extensively on litigation concerning the application of TUPE to contracted-out services.
