Paweł is an expert in defence, security and real estate law
Paweł is an associate in our Defence and Security team, based in Warsaw.
Advising clients since 2006, Paweł specialises in defence and security, as well as real estate law. He assists clients from various industry sectors including defence, telecommunication, real estate, construction, renewable energy and automotive.
He supports clients in defence regulatory matters, defence sector tender proceedings, delivery agreements, warranty issues and the full project and product life cycle. Paweł also advises in disputes regarding liability, particularly liability for improper performance and warranty claims. He was involved in an extrajudicial dispute with one of the largest defence and aerospace industry firms in Europe, in which he achieved a successful settlement. He holds Polish, EU and NATO security clearances.
Paweł's expertise in real estate law includes due diligence investigations, transactions, drafting and negotiating office and retail leases and general contractor agreements (including FIDIC based contracts). He has advised on investment projects, as well as greenfield undertakings, including a project for a global German automotive firm.
Before joining us, Paweł worked at international law firms, and was an in-house lawyer.
He graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty of Warsaw University in 2005, and also completed a two-year course on English and European law organised by the University of Cambridge.
Paweł was admitted to the Warsaw bar of legal advisors in 2013.
He works in Polish and English.
