Nana Botchorichvili



Nana’s experience in fundamental rights protection and IT law gives her valuable insights into issues relating to personal data protection and privacy.

Nana is an associate in our International Privacy & Data Protection Group, based in Paris.

She advises clients on various issues relating to personal data protection and privacy including data compliance reviews, assistance with filing requirements with the CNIL, and to the  implementation of international data transfer and outsourcing projects, in sectors such as information technology, media, financial services and healthcare. 

Nana joined us in 2012 having completed internships in international organisations, including the International Federation for Human Rights, a major payroll management services company and law firms on issues related to the protection of fundamental rights, IT law and personal data protection.

Nana holds a Postgraduate degree in International Law and International Organisations Law and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Nana gained her CIPP/E certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in August 2014.

She speaks French, English, Georgian and Russian.
