As a company law specialist with over 15 years' experience, I am a paralegal in our Notary department, which is a part of our Corporate practice in The Hague.

Since joining Bird & Bird in 2008, I have assisted our clients with incorporations, amendments to articles of association, mergers & acquisitions including cross-border M&A, management buy-outs and buy-ins, restructurings and the statutory two-tier rule. I also have broad experience in corporate housekeeping, including changes to management boards, the appointment of proxy-holders and preparing corporate resolutions in connection with the adoption of annual accounts.
