As a trademark officer in our Prague office, I specialise in trademark and industrial design registrations across Europe, America and Asia.

I specialise in the preparation and filing of trademark and design applications. I conduct searches, advise on and support the registration process, assign ownership and maintain the registered IP rights. In addition, I watch out for, and report, similar denominations. I record licenses, file renewals and change of ownership details in the relevant trademark and design databases.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird I worked for nine years as a trademark officer for a leading patent and law firm in the Czech Republic.
