Martin brings a special combination of experience in Information Technology and Intellectual Property law.
Martin is a junior associate and member of the Czech Information Technology and Intellectual Property groups.
He specialises predominantly in information technology law and all related aspects, including drafting and negotiation of IT agreements, licensing agreements, service outsourcing, issues related to software development, IT systems implementation and related administrative issues.
Martin has significant experience in providing advice related to preparation forpublic tenders, especially in the area of providing IT service, hardware and software purchase, and also matters related to intellectual property rights and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining us he worked as a legal advisor at the City Development Authority, Prague and also as an IT Department executive at the Prague 8 Municipal District Authority.
Martin graduated at the Law Faculty at Charles University in Prague and Faculty of Economics and Management at the Czech University of Life Sciences. Part of his studies he spent at the ISCTE University in Lisabon.
Martin provides legal advice in Czech and English and has a basic knowledge of German and Portuguese.
