Marc is a partner in our Paris office.
His Intellectual Property practice is particularly focused on structuring (intra or non-group) in order to optimise the exploitation of intangible assets, as well as acting in litigation.
Initially concentrating on Distribution and Intellectual Property, Marc has extended his skills to include Information Technologies, in both an advisory capacity and acting in litigation. He deals with a range of matters from simple licence and software maintenance agreements, through website management, to outsourcing projects.
His clients include IT equipment manufacturers, software publishers and technical intermediaries, as well as users of the luxury, commercial, distribution and biotechnology sectors.
He has been named by the French press as one of the leading lawyers in his field. Marc frequently contributes to the specialist press.
A member of the Paris Bar, Marc is also a graduate in International Commercial Law, and holds a Master’s degree in Laws (Reading University, GB). Marc's mother tongue is French and he also speaks English fluently.
