Katarzyna Purchała has in-depth knowledge of industrial property law issues and a strong academic background
Katarzyna is a Junior Associate in the IP team at our Warsaw office.
She supports clients in managing portfolios of their intellectual property rights, and represents them in proceedings connected with the protection of these rights.
Katarzyna has been advising clients since 2014, in particular on intellectual property rights in the scope of patents, industrial designs and trademark infringement. Her professional experience also includes assisting clients with unfair competition issues.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and completed post graduate studies in Intellectual Property law at Warsaw University. She also completed a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting at Warsaw School of Economics. She is currently studying at the British Law Centre, on a course organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge, whilst completing her doctoral studies.
She works in Polish, English and German.
