Kasper is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group based in Denmark.
Kasper has several years of experience working on intellectual property rights matters including copyright, trademarks, design protection and domain names. He provides legal advice on marketing law; food and beverages; e-commerce; IPR-related matters regarding internet and digital use distribution; liability for internet intermediaries; and media law.
Kasper has extensive experience of drafting and negotiating of IT contracts, license agreements and license management.
He provides legal advice to municipalities, regions, agencies and private companies in complex cases regarding license management and license audits (compliance reviews of the authorities’ or companies’ license use and license portfolio).
Kasper is a certified IT lawyer and is an experienced negotiator and litigator. He is a long standing member of the board of the Danish Association of Entertainment and Media law.
Kasper is a frequent speaker at conferences on IPR, IT-law, e-commerce, marketing law and media law and he is co-author of several publications including the book Internetjura (Internet Law).
