Karina Bieniek specialises in Information Technology law and Dispute Resolution.
Karina is a junior associate in our Commercial practice and Tech & Comms Group, based inWarsaw office.
She has been advising clients since 2011 and has extensive experience in the field of IT law. She also advises on Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity and Data Protection matters.
Prior to joining us, Karina advised the biggest Polish IT company as an in-house lawyer, where she participated in a variety complex of IT projects, especially in the administration, banking, medical and business sectors. She has also conducted contract negotiations, and dealt with dispute resolution cases both at pre-trial and trial stages.
She gained professional experience working in well-known Polish and British law firms, and has assisted clients with obtaining European Union grants, public funding and other forms of external investment financing.
Karina studied law and European studies, and graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Rzeszow University. She also completed one year of law studies at the Law School of Staffordshire University under the Erasmus Programme within the European Union.
Karina is currently a legal trainee in the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisors.
She works in Polish and English.
