Kai Wen has experience in general dispute resolution on a range of contentious matters and commercial disputes as well as arbitration work.
Kai Wen is an associate in our Dispute Resolution Group, based in Singapore.
He has acted in a variety of contentious matters and commercial disputes, including but not limited to employment; tenancy; shareholder; software licensing and breach of confidence disputes, as well as prosecution work in disciplinary proceedings. He has represented a multitude of clients before the Supreme Court and the State Courts of Singapore and also assisted and advised on arbitration disputes. In addition, Kai Wen regularly works with the Intellectual Property Group regarding intellectual property and other related disputes.
Kai Wen has also contributed articles to the Civil Procedure chapter in the forthcoming Lexis Nexis Practical Guidance (an online practical platform).
He graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the Singapore Management University in 2013 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore in 2014.
