Having spent time on secondment with clients in a range of sectors and worked on a number of diverse, international projects with a high level of responsibility, Jonny appreciates the need to provide legal advice tailored to each client’s individual requirements in a cost-effective, commercial and practical manner
Jonny is a partner in our Commercial Department, having qualified in 2006.
He specialises in commercial and outsourcing agreements with an emphasis on the financial services, technology, communications and energy and utilities sectors.
Jonny has enjoyed a high degree of responsibility, including advising suppliers and customers in negotiating large and complex outsourcing projects, drafting and negotiating distribution/agency terms and conditions and negotiating various IT contracts including software licensing, maintenance, development and systems integration contracts. He has accordingly developed excellent knowledge and organisational and management skills.
Jonny has also spent time on secondment with clients in the accountancy, financial services and consultancy and communications sectors. During this time, Jonny advised on a variety of issues and gained a valuable insight into the requirements of an in-house legal team as well as the ability to provide practical legal advice.
