I am a Legal Director in our international Finance & Financial Regulation Group, based in London. I specialise in growth debt, advising leading lenders in the market and high growth companies on lending transactions.

Clients include specialist venture and high growth lenders, as well as more traditional banks with specialist growth divisions. Transactions range from venture debt to large LMA based loan facilities and acquisition facilities for high growth companies. These are often on a multi-jurisdictional basis and I work closely with colleagues from our international network. The companies I work with are engaged in a wide range of technology sectors.

I am also highly experienced in leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance and general corporate LMA lending. I have previously worked at a US law firm specialising in leveraged finance and two investment banks.

• Acted for Kreos Capital on acquisition facilities for the Branded E-Commerce Group, a global digital consumer products platform with a portfolio of brands, including some of the largest Fulfilled by Amazon sellers on Amazon.
• Acted for Kreos Capital on acquisition financing for smava, a credit comparison platform based in Germany, to acquire Finanzcheck.
• Acted for Kreos Capital on acquisition facilities for HungryPanda.
• Acted for Silicon Valley Bank/HSBC Innovation Banking on multiple venture loans to technology start-ups and high growth companies.
• Acted for the growth division of a German bank on a loan for a data mining company.
• Acted for Jobandtalent, a digital temp staffing agency, on debt facilities from BlackRock alongside various equity raises.
• Acted for a business continuity and IT disaster recovery provider on acquisition financing.
• Acted for a UK coffee chain on a loan for acquiring and fitting out new sites.
• Acted for Santander on a project financing for Fibre & Wireless.
• Acted for Foresight Group in relation to multiple financings of renewable facilities.
• Acted for Allwyn Group on funding and trust arrangements in connection with the operation of the UK National Lottery.
