Jenna has experience in contractual disputes, contentious public procurement matters and judicial review proceedings.
Jenna is an associate in our Dispute Resolution Group, based in London.
She has a broad range of disputes experience in arbitration, litigation and mediation, across an impressive range of sectors including energy, technology and financial services, as well as government.
With significant advisory experience in relation to international trade and investment agreements, including in relation to investor state dispute settlement, Jenna has represented the UK government at UNCITRAL in relation to the UNCITRAL Rules on Transparency in Treaty-based investor-State arbitration. She is also in demand for her advice on EU law matters, notably in regards to product safety and the regulation of the internal market.
In 2009, Jenna qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand, where she worked at a leading national law firm, and is also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. She has a Master in Law with first class honours from the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining us she worked as a legal advisor for the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (UK).
