Florence advises clients on a broad range of issues under French and EU competition law.
Florence is an Associate in our Competition & EU practice, based in Paris.
Her practice covers both contentious and non-contentious French and European competition law matters, together with commercial and distribution law.
She has experience in advising clients on French and EU competition law, covering antitrust and regulatory aspects of global merger transactions, cartel investigations and other behavioural and regulatory matters. She has also dealt with State aid issues and regularly assists clients in the development and implementation of compliance programmes.
Florence joined us in November 2015, having previously worked as an associate in the competition department of a Magic Circle law firm in Brussels and of an international law firm in Paris. She also worked and trained with a number of international companies (AB InBev, L’Oréal and Orange).
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Florence holds a Post Graduate Diploma in European and International Business Law from the University of Paris Dauphine and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas. She speaks French, English and Spanish.
