Fleur Gaffinel is Counsel in our Real Estate Group based in Paris.
She advises clients and acts on their behalf in litigation. Her practice encompasses acting on behalf of third parties dealing with land corporations, management firms and major user accounts in negotiating or drafting leases, including leases on existing or planned buildings in the case of “off-plan” leases. She also advises on renewals, at the end of leases with regard to restitution of leased premises and rental management during the lifetime of the lease.
Fleur has broad, cross-sector expertise covering town planning law, particularly destined use, land use and commercial operation permits; and environmental laws such as ICPE (Installation Classified for the Protection of the Environment) and ground pollution.
In the construction sector, Fleur advises on property development, delegated project management, architectural and “off-plan” sale contracts; managing insurance claims for structural damage; and also in construction litigation including action against service contractors and their insurers, third party joinder action against developers and expert consultancy.
She has significant expertise in renewable energy projects, such as drafting EPC and O&M contracts with regard to developing photovoltaic power installations, methanisation units, power generation plants and water treatment and delivery plants.
