About Me

As a partner in our international Commercial Practice Group working with our Frankfurt and Düsseldorf teams, I offer specialist advice to our clients in the automotive and energy sectors.

Advising our German and international clients on commercial law matters, my practice offers expertise in product liability cases as well as advising on and negotiating complex commercial contracts and standard agreements.

Working with automotive clients, including suppliers and insurance companies, I advise on field actions, recalls, price negotiations, delivery stops and termination of supply contracts, as well as contract law and risk management.

I often give presentations on automotive supply matters, liability issues, standard terms and product safety and product compliance, and have written several publications on international commercial law and corporate law, which have been published in Germany, the US, Italy and China. I am a member of the Frankfurt/Main bar and of the German group of the Henri Capitant Association.
