Constantin is an associate in our Intellectual Property Practice, based in Düsseldorf.
Constantin advises national and international clients in regard to all aspects of non-technical intellectual property law, in particular trade mark law, unfair competition law, domain law, copyright law and licensing. His work focuses on trade mark, design and unfair competition advice and litigation.
He studied law at the University of Würzburg specialising in intellectual property law and taxes. Constantin earned his PhD at the University of Würzburg in the field of trade mark law.
During his legal traineeship with the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, Constantin worked for international law firms in Düsseldorf and New York. He published articles on data privacy in the German magazines Recht der Datenverarbeitung and IT-Sicherheit.
Constantin joined us in October 2013. Constantin is a member of the Deutsche Vereinigung für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (GRUR).
