Christian Lindenthal is a member of the Bird & Bird Intellectual Property Practice Group. He advises national and international clients in all fields of intellectual property law. His focus is on national and international trademark, design, copy right and unfair competition law.
Christian studied law at the Leibniz University of Hanover from 2002 to 2006 with an emphasis on Intellectual Property law. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Oberlandesgericht Celle), Christian worked for the legal department of one of the worlds leading car manufacturers, amongst others. On completion of his legal traineeship, Christian worked at the Singaporean office of a German law firm. In 2010, he commenced the master programme „International Studies in Intellectual Property Law” at the Dresden University of Technology as well as the University of Washington (Seattle/USA). He completed his Masters of Law degree in April 2011 (title of the master thesis: „Product Placement – Protection from unwanted/negative placement“).
Christian was admitted to the bar in 2011 and has been working for Bird & Bird in Munich since April 2011. He speaks German and English.
