Benjamin advises clients on public procurement matters, especially in the telecommunications and IT sectors
Benjamin is an associate in our Public Projects and Procuremt Practice Group, based in Düsseldorf.
His focus is on public procurement law, with particular reference to IT and data protection law. Benjamin structures data transfers to third countries and advises in employee data protection matters.
Benjamin studied law at the universities of Konstanz and Muenster. During his studies in Muenster, he completed an additional degree in information, telecommunications and media law. During his legal training Benjamin spent time working for a law firm in the USA. Benjamin wrote his doctorate thesis on the regulation of collecting societies within the European Union. In addition he has also worked for an IT-Team of an international law firm.
Benjamin speaks German and English.
