About Me

I work as a counsel and specialist lawyer in employment law in our International HR Services Practice Group in Dusseldorf, where I advise our domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

My practice covers the entire spectrum of day-to-day HR questions, including drafting employment contracts and advising on issues related to the dismissal of employees, as well as personnel leasing and use of external personnel. I regularly work on (international) restructuring projects and act as single point of contact for a number of clients in order to provide global support from one centralized source.

In addition, I advise on collective employment law issues, such as the handling of labour agreements or dealings with works councils and represent clients in negotiations with trade unions and works councils. Furthermore, I regularly advise on immigration and social security aspects and act as lecturer on employment law and business immigration matters.

Before joining the firm, I, amongst others, worked some time in a law firm in New York City and with Henkel (German DAX40 company).
