About Me
I am a counsel in Bird & Bird´s Corporate and M&A department in the Madrid office.
I specialise in advising national and international clients in complex M&A and venture capital and search fund transactions, with a strong focus on technology and life sciences.Given that our clients operate mainly in innovative or regulated sectors, I am used to dealing with complex issues and provide innovative solutions as part of our multi-disciplinary teams.
I have acted for sellers and purchasers (both industrial and funds), founders and investors/financing parties (including, corporate ventures) and search funds, which has given me deep knowledge of our clients' sectors.
I regularly collaborate with academic institutions and specialized publications.
Experience
- I have had the chance to take part on several cutting-edge transactions collaborating in the design and implementation of pioneering solutions, mainly in the search funds areospace and life sciences industries, including collaborating in standardizing search funds schemes in Spain.
