Today Bird & Bird announced that it has appointed its Employment partner Marcus Huisman as a new Co-Head of its office in The Hague. Marcus takes over from Armand Killan and he will be co-managing the office together with Pauline Kuipers who is a Partner in Competition & EU Law, and Public Procurement group.
Marcus has vast experience in advising and litigating on all aspects of domestic and international employment law. He frequently advises on the strategic employment and co-determination aspects of collective redundancies, mergers and acquisitions.
Armand Killan will now focus on working full time on international IP matters.
