Bird & Bird assists the University of Grenoble on a public-private partnership for design and delivery of the university’s Social and Human Sciences department

Represented by partners Sophie Pignon and Driss Bererhi, and associate Marcos Portela Barreto, Bird & Bird has advised the University of Grenoble on a public-private partnership concerning design and delivery of the university’s Social and Human Sciences department.

The University of Grenoble awarded the partnership agreement to a grouping of bidders comprising SAS FAYAT, AXIMA CONCEPT and SNC INEO RHONE ALPES AUVERGNE. The partnership agreement is to be financed by the Crédit Coopératif, BTP Banque and ARKEA Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels.

The contract was awarded on 10 July last for just over 66 million euros.
