Bird & Bird continues growth of corporate practice in Denmark with the appointment of Casper Moltke-Leth

Bird & Bird is pleased to announce the appointment of Casper Moltke-Leth as a partner in our Corporate Practice, based in Copenhagen.

He joins as a partner from Rønne & Lundgren where he was head of the Corporate/Commercial practice group.

Casper has extensive experience providing advice on M&A /corporate law matters to a broad range of SME and multinational businesses, with special focus on life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, corporate governance and retail. Casper has had several secondments in the life sciences sector.

He has also worked with real estate investment and development through his directorships in several real estate development companies. He has advised on numerous real estate transactions both in respect to commercial, residential and retail real estate.

Casper holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen, as well as a Bachelor in Economics from Copenhagen Business School. He is a certified Mediator and certified board member.

In addition, Casper holds several honorary positions: he is the chairman of Copenhagen Group A/S, the Neye Foundation, Walls A/S, the Gad Andresens Foundation, A/S Bymidten, True North ApS, Krimsvej 29 ApS and Johan Otto Wroblewski's Foundation.
