He is “renowned” for the “top-class” domestic and international regulatory advice he provides, as well as his counsel on undersea cable and satellite-related matters. Two “leading” names from the Netherlands are also singled out, with Marjolein Geus garnering particular praise. She is co-head of the firm’s international communications group and is considered “one of the best litigators” in Europe in this field, at both a national and European level.

Paris-based Frédérique Dupuis-Toubol is very well known for her “in-depth knowledge” of telecoms regulation and clients value her “flexibility” and “know-how”. The “top tier” Sven-Erik Heun heads the firm’s communications group in Germany and he is the “lawyer of choice” for many high-profile network operators, service providers, investors and corporate clients operating in this sector. Johan Tydén chairs the firm’s communication practice in Sweden and clients praise his “excellent counsel” and “ability to handle complex issues”.
