Bird & Bird welcomes new partner in France

Bird & Bird is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne-Cécile Hansson Lecoanet as a partner in its office in Paris.

Anne-Cécile has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters. Her main areas of expertise include M&A, investments, restructurings and commercial agreements, mainly relating to business matters between France and Nordic countries.

Anne-Cécile joins from US firm Jones Day where she specialised in corporate and commercial law and liaised with Nordic-French clients. Prior to that, Anne-Cécile worked at the Paris office of Swedish law firm, Lagerlöf & Leman (subsequently Linklaters), where she focused on assisting French-Swedish companies in corporate and commercial law, namely in mergers and acquisitions and the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.

Anne-Cécile is a member of the Swedish and Paris Bars and she is fluent in French, Swedish and English.
