Bird & Bird announces 94% retention rate

Bird & Bird is pleased to announce that 15 of its 16 trainees from the 2011 intake have been offered, and accepted associate roles with the firm (one of the trainees chose to return to university for further academic study).

Christian Bartsch, partner, Bird & Bird comments: “We are delighted to have been able to offer full contracts to 15 of our trainees from the 2011 intake. They have worked very hard and demonstrated an exceptional level of commitment to the firm. Katy Proud, who has joined the Real Estate practice

Laura MacHale, who has joined the Commercial practice

Rachel Lewis, who has joined the Dispute Resolution practice

Stephanie Lopes, who has  joined the Commercial practice

Toby Sears, who has joined the Intellectual Property practice
