Bird & Bird strengthens its Corporate team in Paris with the appointment of Partner Arnaud Larrousse and Senior European Counsel Arnaud Fayolle

Bird & Bird is delighted to appoint a leading corporate team in Paris including Partner Arnaud Larrousse and Senior European Counsel Arnaud Fayolle, from Orrick Rambaud Martel. Arnaud Larrousse is a renowned specialist in M&A and stock-exchange regulatory work for many listed French and International companies.  Arnaud’s breadth of experience across a range of transactions and restructurings is combined with a solid knowledge of business litigation.  He began his career in 1998 at Rambaud Martel (now Orrick Rambaud Martel) and has been partner since 2004.


Working together with Arnaud Larrousse for over nine years, Arnaud Fayolle also focuses his practice on acquisition transactions, fund raisings and restructurings across finance and real estate sectors. Both are frequently asked about corporate governance and developments in stock-exchange regulations. Arnaud Fayolle has a PhD and joined Rambaud Martel in 2002 and in 2008, moved to work in the New York Office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.


Both of these appointments are in keeping with Bird & Bird’s sector-focussed approach, with deep knowledge of financial services, life sciences, cleantech and renewable energy, IT, and aviation and aerospace.


In France, Arnaud Larrousse is the sixth partner in Paris’ Corporate and Finance team which now consists of over twenty lawyers across Paris and Lyon, servicing clients internationally.  Led by Anne-Laure Brun-Buisson and including Gildas Louvel, Anne Quenedey, Bertrand Biette and David Malcoiffe, the group continues to gain recognition for its leading position in private equity and M&A and these recent appointments are in response to an increasing client demand for expertise on stock-exchange and major international industrial deals.
