Bird & Bird announces key notary appointment in The Hague

International law firm Bird & Bird today announces the appointment of civil law notary René Rieter, who joins the firm’s Dutch Notary Group in The Hague office.

René joins the firm from the Amsterdam Office of Greenberg Traurig LLP, where he was one of the founding partners and head of the civil law notary group for 5 years. He has broad experience in corporate and finance transactions for international and domestic clients - specialising in ownership and transaction matters for fixed infrastructure assets in the communications, energy and transport sectors.

Prior to Greenberg Traurig, René was managing partner of Landwell’s Hague office.
