Hungarian journal Infokommunikáció és jog (Infocommunication and law) has published an article by Bálint Halász, an associate in the Intellectual Property Group in Budapest.

He wrote an in-depth article about the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruling in joined cases C-468/10 and C-469/10 concerning the Spanish data protection regulations' compliance with European law, and the possible implication of the ruling on the "new" Hungarian data protection act.
