Is this the end of trade unionism as we know it?

Date: 09 February 2016
Time: 16:30 - 20:00    Venue: Bird & Bird 15 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1JP

With the controversial Trade Union Bill promising a number of substantial changes, the topic of industrial relations is high on the agenda. This follows the 2015 landmark case on collective bargaining, BALPA v Limited (in which this firm acted for the employer), which established for the first time the parameters of a union's rights to bargain pay hours and holiday. This session will focus on developments in these areas.

This is a joint event with London HR Connection.
